Registration

Online registration including lodging arrangements, conference dinner, and social program both for participants and accompanying persons is now closed. Only on-site registration is possible; credit cards and cash will be accepted.

Conference Desk

On-site registration will open on Sunday July 16 2017 at 14:00 in Cankarjev dom Cultural and Congress Centre.

During the conference, Conference Desk will be open as follows:

  • July 17-20 2017: 8:30-18:00
  • July 21 2017: 9:00-12:00

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions

  • Payments should clearly state the participant’s and/or accompanying person’s name(s)
  • All payments should have the notification “Liquids”
  • For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
  • Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
  • VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received no later than June 15 2017 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellation received after June 15 2017 will not be refunded.
