Abstract submission is now open for poster presentations only. Abstract templates are provided in Word and LaTeX formats. The length of abstracts should not exceed 1 page. Some Safari users may experience problems with abstract submission; in this case, please use a different browser.
Submission of abstracts for poster presentation is May 31 2017.
Authors are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentations, which must be written in English. All abstracts will be subject to an independent anonymous review process. The abstracts of all talks will be published in the book of abstracts distributed to the all participants upon registration; the book will also contain titles of the posters. The electronic version of the book of abstracts will contain all abstracts.
We ask the authors to submit their abstracts electronically using the online submission form. After submission is completed, an acknowledgement of receipt of submission will be sent to the electronic address provided together with an access key. Using the access key, the abstract can be edited or changed until receiving the abstract acceptance email.
Figures, tables, and other illustrations may not be included in abstracts. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; no spelling, grammar, or factual changes will be made by the organizers.
The organizers will publish only the abstracts submitted by authors who will settle their registration fee by June 15 2017. Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author who should complete all fields in the online submission form. If the presenting author is unable to present the paper, he or she must immediately inform the Conference Secretariat, indicating which of the co-authors will be responsible for the presentation.
Deadline for submission of abstracts for contributed oral presentations is February 1 2017. Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent electronically to the corresponding author after March 31 2017. Deadline for submission of abstracts for posters is May 31 2017.
