The organizers will publish only the abstracts submitted by authors who will settle their registration fee by June 15 2017. Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author who should complete all fields in the online submission form. If the presenting author is unable to present the paper, he or she must immediately inform the Conference Secretariat, indicating which of the co-authors will be responsible for the presentation.
