There are three types of Oral Communications:
- Plenary Lectures
- Keynote Lectures
- Contributed Talks
For the schedule of oral presentations, see Tentative Conference Programme.
All speakers are strongly advised to e-mail a copy of their communication to the Local Organizing Committee. This is intended as a backup only: All speakers may use their own computers if they so desire. If the files are too big or too many to be sent by email, they can be uploaded upon arrival at the Conference.
The speaker’s podium in each lecture hall will be equipped with MS Windows 7 computer. Should you require any other presentation device please contact the Local Organizing Committee in due course.
Speakers are advised to test their presentations in the hall where they will be delivered, preferably during one of the breaks well in advance so that any potential technical issues can be resolved on time. If your talk is scheduled on Monday morning July 17 please test the presentation during registration Sunday July 16 in the afternoon.
